  • Justification for the motion:*

    Membership changes for Academic Affairs Committee were made and approved for the Faculty Manual. This motion is so that the ACD-124 policy matches the changes that have been made. 

  • Existing policy, practice(s) relevant to this motion

    MEMBERSHIP A. The committee shall consist of the following:

    1. Nine to 11 faculty members: two from each college, one of whom must be tenured, and one elected from the library.
    2. Two students (nonvoting).
    3. An ex-officio (provost’s designee).
    4. An admissions office designee.
    5. A University Advising representative (non-voting).
    6. The University Registrar.

  • Proposed new policy/procedure or change(s) to existing policy, practice(s) or procedure(s):*

Fields containing selects, checkboxes, radio buttons, or widgets (such as the curriculum) provide an activity log above the field, indicating each editor’s selection and unique color.
